I went to Guldsaxen in Helsingborg and told the barber to keep my beard’s fluff and volume, just trimming off a third. But they chopped it way too short, taking all the fullness under my chin. Now I’m stuck waiting over eight months for it to grow back, and I’m pretty pissed off.

The place itself is nice—friendly people, good atmosphere. The cut’s clean, no denying their skill. But that doesn’t fix the fact they ignored what I wanted. It’s going to take at least 8 months to get my beard back to normal.

They’ve got talent and a warm vibe, but they messed up big time with me. If you’re thinking of going there with your beard, good luck—make sure they really get...

The guy who did my hair cut was nice and he could speak English so as a non Swedish person I could communicate easily about how I wanted my hairs and beard done and he did it carefully! Happy with experience , will continue...

I don't give 5 stars usually but here, if I could have given more, I would have. Very warm nice and welcoming staff. Very good technique and tools used. They know what they do and they are very good at it. I 100%...
