Disappointed how it was during our stay. We booked our room as we were platinum member and got upgraded to next level (benefits that include on Platinum)

Premium room seem to have a little bigger than standard. There is espresso machine but NO coffee.. only machine.

Tiny bathroom.

Check out time is 11 am which is early compare to normally. We asked for 1 hour late check out as included in our benefits. Answer were “Sorry, I promised to many late check out today so today I can’t give you”

1 hour…. We didn’t enjoy early check in as it was not possible neither as the check in time was 3pm. Still no chance for them to give as 1 hour extra even though they have 3 hours to clean.

So it’s not really worth being platinum member here. I am silver member at Stawberry and has never got any problem for early check in or late check out ever.

It’s not worth money to add breakfast. We booked breakfast at 10:15, dirty tables and there was some choices such as eggs...

I wish I had read in one of the reviews that this hotel is everything you expect and much more. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. It is much nicer than in the pictures and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast is such that we were not hungry all day, The location is more than good, in other words, you won't regret it or make a mistake, the price-quality ratio is commendable, for the price of a night in top quality beds with breakfast, we had dinner in the city. really good price for what they offer. In the bathroom, which is very clean, there was enough of everything except slippers, but you don't need them because they heat the floor. The kind receptionists gave us a gift as a souvenir and we will always come back here. For breakfast, ginger and turmeric shots were a special surprise I have no words for how delighted we are. this was my birthday present to my boyfriend and it's worth every cent! warm...
