IKEA Sverige — Local services in Kalmar kommun

It's a decent IKEA. Inside it's very clean and well put together, a great selection of furniture and other items.

The restaurant is a little hit and miss, it can often be a little too busy, especially during Saturdays and holidays. Food is great however, but the kladdkaka is not recommended, it is both too sweet and bitter, and leaves you feeling sick.

Staff seem friendly but there are not so many available inside the store, mostly around the restaurant and check...

Very disappointed, been in many countries in IKEAs and never in no one of them personal of play area said us that they can't accept our girls because they don't speak Swedish, in Spain is ok don't speak Spanish, in another countries is ok with English, but in a Kalmar IKEA when the girl who attended us speak perfectly English with us , the rules of IKEA she said don't accept kids who don't speak Swedish, absurd. I wonder is in hole...

Everybody knows the giant of furniture and design. The cheap stuff is atrocious (you get what you pay for) but there are decent stuff there also. Kitchenware is easily worth it's price, toys and kids stuff is great and lamps are cheap and pretty. At least some of them. And one of them you can modify to look like a death star. Awesomeness. Also food in the restaurant is cheap and good, not many vegetarian options though and...
