I have never in my life imagined I would have an experience like that, considering how big of a company this is around Europe, but I was wrong.
Starting from issues with their customer service, we were kept in the dark about our incoming delivery for weeks. I tried calling them for 10 days in a row, nobody is ever picking up the phone. Their online chat works only at random times; the information I would receive through their chat support, as well as the information received in the store kept contradicting.
At one point they stopped replying to my emails as well.
Once my items arrived, it turns out in the store they tried to charge me to have the sofa positioned with a left lounge side (the default one is on the right, but they said they can have it customized for me on the left if I pay more). Of course, I decided to go for the default option because not only did they want to charge me almost 1000kr more for this but the delivery time was going to take up to 6/9 weeks extra.
Imagine my surprise when the item arrived and it turned out I could easily adjust this myself.
And now the worst thing, the dining table came with powderpost beetles. It seems like they don’t take good care during the manufacturing process, because these beetles were already inside the wood, meaning that the wood was not treated well. All we can do right now is pray that they did not spread further in the apartment.
Of course, I tried contacting their customer service, but once again nobody picks up the phone, nor returns emails, so I had to go all the way to Malmö to their store to have this settled.

Everything is great and helpful until you pay (in our case via bank transfer) and after you receive not one, not two, but three confirmations from your bank that money is on their bank account they are still completely IT illiterate that they can't find your payment. They knew we don't speak Swedish and still we were convinced only order number is needed as payment reference. But noooooo. Unless there are some four letters that apparently makes whole difference in a world, it is impossible for them to find payment????? Really???? After you provide iban number from which was paid, orginal reference number, date, hour. All of this is still not enough and you apparently need skills of Sherlock, Poirot and Dora Explorer to find one freaking payment. This is just beginning of my crusade to find...
