A week ago I was shopping in Manor and saw that they give 20 chf voucher if you spend more than 100 chf (and you have Manor card). I had several items around 145 chf and when I was paying, I started to ask a lady at the caisse about this voucher. She told me that I get a 20 chf voucher when I spend over 100 chf. Without giving me any other information, she gave me a receipt for 145 chf and a voucher saying that I can use voucher right away in case of purchase over 30chf. It was like a scam to me. She could easily tell me that I can pay for several items totalling 110 chf, get a voucher and then pay for the rest of items using a voucher. She did not even think about me making me come another time, spend more money using a voucher. I got all information about use of voucher not before I completed the payment, but after. I had another similar experience when a lady a the caisse did not want to use a gift voucher for 20 chf during Black Friday sale ladt year. She told me that it is too much money saving to me (despite gift voucher is like money, not discount). Read moreI really enjoy shopping at Manor Chavannes. The store offers a wide range of quality products — from clothing and accessories to home goods, toys, and even Swiss watch brands like Tissot. It’s a great place to find everything in one spot.
The Manora restaurant is one of my favorite parts of the experience. The food is always fresh, and they often have international options like Lebanese or Japanese dishes. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
As a parent, I also appreciate the free workshops and activities they organize for children on Wednesday afternoons — it’s such a thoughtful touch and really keeps the kids entertained while I shop.
The center is very practical and family-friendly, with lots of free parking spaces, EV charging stations, a pharmacy, dry cleaning services, and even free Wi-Fi.
Overall, it’s a well-designed space that makes shopping easy and enjoyable for the whole family. Definitely one of my go-to places...
Read moreMy current review is concerning the manora restaurant. What started out as a decent deal has been gradually turned into something that leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth. The price was increased twice during this period, and the selection only shrunk especially concerning the beverages. The last time we went there, they no longer offered any black tea as part of the "breakfast and hot beverage" menu. Incidents like this make me take a harsher look at the quality of the food, the politeness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place (none of which are exemplary,...
