I've been there twice, each time was fantastic.
Also if you come across "R. C."s 1 star review, I just wanted to highlight that both times I went the staff could speak English, German and Italian (Maybe even more languages who knows) and were incredibly efficient and helpful.
As for the part in his review where he cried about the instructor finding little imperfections on his check jump. Skydiving can be a dangerous sport if you're not careful. So if the instructor is telling you to work on something and asks you to do it again better. I'd call that being diligent. It has nothing to do with forcing someone to do a repeat for the money... In skydiving I'd much rather be over prepared than under.
