Dieser Sakralbau gilt als der älteste erhaltene in der Schweiz, hat Patina und die Atmosphäre im Bau lässt einen in vergangene Jahrhunderte eintauchen. Unter dem runden monolithischen Taufbecken befindet sich das ursprüngliche Becken; ausserdem gibt es eines aus Metall für Säuglinge im Raum, das noch immer benutzt wird. Die Fresken zeigen mittelalterliche Abbildungen und nichtrestaurierte Stellen weisen auf eine bedeutsame Hostorie.
