Lololino — Local services in Hunzenschwil

Today we had a curious day at Lololino. I went with my daughter and friends. After we entered there was a Lady telling me that I can not remove the ball from one point in an unfriendly way. My idea was not to remove it, but to use it there. So, this was for me unfriendly. Later on, we decided to buy food in the Restaurant at approx. 17:35, for our bad luck it was closed. The kids three years old and 1. 5 year old were hungry starving. So, we had to give the kids food from our bags inside, that they wont cry. Same lady told us that :” this is the last time we are allowing that you bring your food, you did not read our website?”, but she could not tell us, how to buy food in the closed kitchen. As a mother I did not have time to check the website in depth. We did not see any signs that the kitchen will be closed at 17.30 and there was no announcement (speaker) for a last order to be aware off (like in other indoor playgrounds we know). Playing with the kids easily let forget the time. Our kids enjoyed the time a lot, but we adults found the way we were spoken to very unfriendly. That's why we can't recommend Lololino to others and why we probably stayed there for...

Update: Nach mehrmaligen Besuchen und nun auch durchführen von einen Kindergeburtstag muss man die Rezension etwas überarbeiten. Meine Meinung bezüglich der Preise bleibt, finde es immer noch etwas überteuert mit den Preisen für EAutos, Spielautomaten etc... Aber gut solange alle fleißig zahlen wird sich nichts ändern.

Jedoch muss man auch sagen, Plätze sind genügend vorhanden und auch Parkplätze hat es mehr als genug. (Grosses plus)

Aber zum Thema Kinder Geburtstag muss ich doch nun die Bewertung von 3 auf 4 🌟 anheben 😄. Es gibt 2 Varianten wie man den Geburtstag buchen kann. Gut preislich kann man sich streiten ob zuviel, zuwenig etc. Für mich war es ok. Sämtliche Arbeiten mit Getränke, Snaks, Essen wurden abgenommen. Getränke konnte man immer wieder nachholen so wie Popcorn. Das Essen war ausreichend für alle Kinder und somit schon mal viel Arbeit abgenommen. Das Personal war stets freundlich (auch nach den 10 mal nachholen von Getränken 😅) und auch auf Patzer meiner Seite (vergessene Kerzen) hatten sie eine Lösung! Kühlbeutel, pflaster etc. Waren auch genügend vorhanden so das man wirklich sämtliche Probleme lösen konnte. Im ganzen ein guter Geburtstag für die Kids und perfekter Tag. Einzige was mich etwas störte, man konnte keine eigene 'motto' Party organisieren da dies nicht gewünscht ist.

---Alter Post--- An sich alles gut. Super für Kinder aber Preislich doch etwas übertrieben egal ob Gastronomie oder Attraktionen. 2 Franken für viele Kleinigkeiten. Gerade für die EAutos 2 Franken für relativ kurze fahrt Zeit finde ich sehr übertrieben... 1 hätte es auch getan. (Wenn überhaubt...) Dann lieber ein etwas höherer Gesamtpreis aber der Rest...
