Geneva public transport - TPG — Local services in Lancy

I’m changing my rating of TPG because the service is really bad, I arrived at 14:15 to the bus stop which was the exact time that it was supposed to leave in the stop Soral Village and the bus left even if I was some steps close to the door and that someone hold the door for me.

It’s no the first time that the bus leaves minutes before in this stop and this is really bad as the service is so bad in this stop because then you are there waiting for 30 minutes.

The only kind person in this company is one of the drivers of TPG flex, the rest is rotten.

Other driver of tpg flex screamed to me for asking him to get in the bus with my payed ticked, he denied, screamed to me and he even threaten to call the police when I had payed my ticket!

I called to complain and the service justified and said he was right of having this type of mistreatment towards myself!

For real, this is the worst company ever!

Service to the country side in Geneva canton is useless with two buses per hour for people living in the Canton and paying taxes to Switzerland as me and my Swiss partner. But, TPG keeps improving the network to go to France for people who do not even paye taxes in Switzerland! Don’t know how people from Geneva put up with this treatment from this enterprise and I don’t know how they put as priority transportation outside the canton!

It’s a shame the service of this company, absolutely a joke!

Bonjour à tous, -Ceci est une entreprise très mal honnête. elle ne peut garantir son horaire comme à l'époque et cherche à mettre la pression sur les conducteurs ! D'ailleurs pourquoi sont-ils souvent en retard ? Car des bus trop grands pour les routes genevoise ! Embauchez plus de chauffeurs avec plus de bus ayant des tailles réduites des bus et vous serez plus efficace en presque tout (même sur les entretiens !)

Ensuite du à ces bus inutilement surdimensionnés au routes Genevoise (qui les abîmes et les dégradent au prix des contribuables), cela créer des IMMENSES BOUCHONS!!!

Par ailleurs... une entreprise à 51% minimum publique, ce doit d'embaucher QUE des résidents de Genève et pas des frontaliers!! beaucoup de gens au chômage peuvent faire les divers jobs proposés du TPG.

-De plus, les amandes valent le 1/3 du prix de l'abonnement annuel!! (oui car surtaxé par la fédération dès la récidive sur 1 an de periode) au passage merci la confédération! vous incitez à reprendre le deux roues ;)

Et puis vos bus éléctrique voilà ce que cela amène... des câbles et lignes de partout comme dans des pays pauvres et sans parler de l'image de Genève qui devient moche à cause d'une seule entreprise... Les TPG!!!

Par conséquent TPG !!! Arretez d'acheter des nouveaux bus à chaque fois!! laissez les vieillir comme à l'époque! c'est hallucinant! Que même Lausanne décide de les acheter 🤣

-Et pour finir pourquoi autant de contrôleurs ?!? ils prennent des gros salaires pour rien! et jamais rentable au final !

-Ce qui amène à chaque année à demander des aides financières au gouvernement Genève 🤣 car très très mal géré !!!⚖️🧑🏻‍⚖️

PS. Remettez nous des poubelles ! il y a pleins de jeunne étudiants qui seraient prêt à faire ces petits job de nettoyage des bus pendant leurs études! Pour le moment ils sont mega...

TPG as a public transport is definitely good service, trams and buses are usually right on schedule. The procedure of buying the abonement for a month is overcomplicated, I do not understand the necessity of a full registration of the visitor (including id-document and valid home address in Geneva) to buy an ordinary one-month abonement.
