我們點了牛意翼板肉就很好吃，去時已約2-3點，詢問是否還能用餐，闆娘說ㄧ般需預訂但到2樓也沒人她還是讓我們用餐！ 安靜的吃著午餐，肉品是美福的，隨便煎就很香且下飯，青菜還另外炒2份給我們～配上自釀黑麥汁～好喝～整個set好吃~飯還能續～真棒！最後搭配啤酒冰淇淋是個不錯的ending. 下ㄧ樓参觀啤酒釀造（200/人）也喝了6-7種不同口味的啤酒，對啤酒又多一層認識！ 外場順便再帶了2瓶黑麥汁回家～還不錯的體驗～酒跟餐好吃會想帶親朋好友再去吃！

若從竹南高速公路下，往北開到高架下方往左回轉至右邊就是工廠，廠內有鐵皮，闆娘說能停～但未來會改建成吃到飽餐廳～不確定開始了嗎？...

特色啤酒；原釀；大甕；純 服務：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 啤酒：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 環境：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ☆ 老闆很親切負責的為我們講解啤酒的製造過程，原來啤酒是如此的博大精深。 這裡的啤酒有很多特別的口味，釀造流程的差異和添加物的差異，還有最後混加不同元素的飲品，產生出各式各樣的風味，真的推薦不論是不是啤酒愛好者，都很適合來這裡觀光學習和品嚐。 位置比較難找一些，從新竹往香山方向過橋後要回轉靠外側走橋下再迴轉，建築雖然很好識別但就是繞不到，告示牌也不是很清楚明瞭，很建議改進。園區內部有很大的停車空間，橋下也可以停，不怕沒有車位，只怕找不到。
