我今天要拿點數去換東西的時候，第一次換的那麼不開心。 收銀台只有一位店員結賬這點我沒意見，但其實人已經排很長了， 這樣就算了，我辛辛苦苦排到後，拿著點數去詢問是否有存貨等等的問題，只得到一句「你要自己去那邊看貨」，我當場是什麼意思？哪裡看貨？看什麼貨？我是在菜市場買東西是不是？要自己去翻蘿蔔？ 店員一直跟我說「你確定要換喔？要換的話確定的話，我們不給退貨。你自己去那邊找完後，在重新回來排隊」 我可以自己去拿貨或是檢查要換的熱水壺這點我都OK，我沒差。 但是櫃台小姐我問你的時候，臉可已不要這麼臭嗎？我是來這邊買東西，我不是來讓你討債的，好，我尊重每位店員，上班都會不開心， 但你們上面都沒有貼清楚說明白說「要客人自己先去確認貨物，確定貨物後，到櫃檯結帳」這點，而是等到我都花完時間等了很久好不容易輪到我的時候， 留了一句「你要自己去看，要重新排隊」，我真覺得我當場沒有生氣這點已經夠尊重這位店員了，怎麼？在叫小弟嗎？ 我當場就沒換走人了，抱歉，寶雅是東西很好，但這家的店員是我遇過服務最差的一間。 然後我要去打客服了，我只想在這邊留言一下，發...
