Very beautiful place to visit. When you visit Taiwan don't miss d golden opportunity of visiting this attractive temple. My sons friend Sam accompanied us there. There is a spacious space at the bottom of this mountain to park vehicle. We have to climb through lot of steps to reach at temple. When reach there we can enjoy cool breeze,calm atmosphere soothing smell from the temple leads us to spiritual thoughts. Temple Inside and its surroundings are well administered to .maintain its beauty and cleanliness. Priests were very polite and gave special attention towards the foreigners. One of the most impressive temples in Taipei area. To reach it you can take the "S2" shuttle bus (a small bus) from Neihu Station in Taipei. The bus fare is 15 Taiwanese dollars (under 50 US cents) one way. Just be sure you have the right amount as the driver won't be able to give you change back. It works in multiples, like for two persons you can pay 30T$, a little easier than finding 5T$ coins. If you are lucky to have good weather, you'll have amazing views of Taipei and surrounding areas. It's a beautiful temple in the way to hiking for Yuanjue waterfall. From the temple there is awesome top view of the mountains nearby. Mountain greenly and nature from the top top give a very nice and pleasant view. The temple has coffee available on the basement floor where one can grab the coffee and donate what you want. Enjoy the view of the mountain from the top with a coffee or just sit down there, many tables available to enjoy your coffee peacefully or just sit down there and relax.
