We enjoyed extraordinary personal attention and service from first to post- trip contacts. For a few years my wife and I and a couple with whom we have made several trips had talked of a Tanzania Great Migration Safari. Our overall planning concluded that we did not care for a "group" travel model, but wanted a specialized private trip for the four of us that would include classic safari vehicle travel (rather than air travel from lodge to lodge) and high-end "tent" camps with a couple of lodge stays. Research on sites such as tripadvisor led to a smaller company with excellent reviews called Bush2City Adventures. Jackson Solomon quickly responded to our initial inquiry with extensive information about his company and services, and a range of choices to help narrow our specific desires as to appropriate locations, level and offerings of lodging services, what animals were of most interest, travel times from one area to another, and pace of our game drives. He was patient and provided experienced advice to guide our selections, down to discussion of the attributes we sought in the guide with whom we would spend the ten days out in the "bush". He also provided specific pricing on each option. We travelled with Ally, whom we came to value both as a person and a professional with keen eyesight and deep knowledge of every type of animal and its habits in the wild. He cared for us in all ways to make us comfortable and our experience rich. The "route" had been charted by Jackson to cover the two areas where animals would be found in numbers, based on the variable of where feed was growing dependent on rains, which resulted in a perfect match with our desire for Great Migration herds and the animals' "birthing" season. Babies of all types abounded and gave us photo opportunities one could only hope for. The tent camps were outstanding, with furniture and indoor plumbing providing great comfort, and beautiful permanent lounge and dining facilities to enjoy views, drinks, and dinners. The staff we encountered were invariably personable and welcoming, with an obvious focus on putting smiles on our faces and attending to all of our needs. Ally, without prediction or pretension, delighted us with close encounters with scores of animals from the smallest birds and insects to the largest elephants and hungry Nile crocodiles. We scored multiple "checks" on encounters with "The Big Five". From watching a lioness stalk, wait still in the grass, and launch her lightening attack on a family of zebra walking by, to a huge bull elephant push down a tree, our memories of each day are filled with unique and unforgettable scenes of "the real Africa". Following our return home after another four weeks of travels elsewhere, one of our first contacts was from Jackson looking to make sure we were happy with his company's services and our trip. We continue, also, to exchange the occasional social greeting with Ally, with whom we continue a fond friendship. Jackson and his small staff are very special people!

We spent over two weeks with Bush2City. They went to our hotel in Nairobi where our safari began with a road trip on the Kenyan countryside along the great Rift valley on our way to Lake Naivasha. From there on to Lake Nakuru NP (to a lovely lodge), then to Maasai Mara (to a wonderful lodge), followed by a stay at a migration camp in the northern Serengeti in Tanzania and a subsequent one at another camp in the central Serengeti. From there onto the Ngorongoro crater (to very nice lodge), then on to a night in Arusha followed by a stay at a lovely lodge just outside Tarangire NP, on to Lake Manyara NP and finally to Ausha NP ending the experience with two nights in Arusha. Our Kenyan Guide-Driver James was excellent, spotted the big 5 for us in a short time and was able to get us first class seats at the wildebeest river crossing in Maasai Mara. Not to be outdone our Tanzanian Guide driver Danford treated us to the big 5 too as well as a different river crossing of the wildebeest. Both were able to show us lion hunts or kills in action, or recent ones with the other participants in the food chain (hyenas, jackals, vultures, etc). What day was better? What experience was more memorable? Impossible to say. Every day was very special, with drama, beauty, tenderness, strong emotions, sadness, anxiety and the realization of the complexities of life and survival. The entire team at bush2city were professional, polite, knowledgeable, respectful of time and individual needs and desires and worked hard to make us feel comfortable, safe and ensured we enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend this small company that is always striving to improve and make your experience a bit more unforgettable. To the B2C team: James, Danford, Peter, Jackson and Ismail, Asante sana. Natumaini tunaweza kukutana tena hivi karibuni. Carlos.

We've just returned from a safari in Tanzania.  After much research, we decided to book our trip directly with Bush 2 City (B2C) Adventures.  Jackson Solomon, the Owner/Operator, provided us with a thorough and detailed plan for the 9 Day Migration Safari. Further, Jackson and his office staff were very responsive to our follow up questions and concerns via both phone and email.  You can also find  helpful YTube videos that he created on-line. Upon our arrival in Tanzania, Jackson met us at our hotel and explained further how the entire safari program was going to work.  He advised us that the next morning we would meet Aziz, our driver and guide for the duration of the adventure.  Aziz was very knowledgeable, personable and informative.  His professionalism and experience were exemplary. We would highly recommend B2C for anyone who is considering a safari experience.  We had the time of our lives!  They delivered on their promises and met or exceeded our expectations.  Give them an opportunity to explain their various safari programs.  You won't be disappointed.

BEST PRIVATE SAFARI

We had the extraordinary opportunity to visit Tanzania for a 7-day safari, and it was undoubtedly one of the most incredible trips we’ve ever experienced. This unforgettable journey was made possible thanks to the fantastic organizer, Maliwaza, and our absolutely amazing guide, Ally.

We started planning our trip with Maliwaza back in January. She patiently addressed every single one of our questions and concerns with great professionalism. Faced with the overwhelming number of safari agencies to choose from, we were initially lost, but Bush 2 City stood out with their professionalism, competitive pricing, and, most importantly, their personal and human approach throughout the process. When spending several thousand dollars on a trip you’ve dreamed about for years, it’s natural to feel anxious. But Maliwaza reassured us every step of the way and made us feel completely at ease.

When we arrived in Tanzania, even though our flight was delayed, Maliwaza was there to greet us with a smile, provide us with final details, and introduce us to our guide, Ally, before our adventure began.

For the next 7 days, we enjoyed a private safari with Ally, who is truly one of a kind. He is incredibly kind, wholeheartedly dedicated to finding animals and helping us get the best angles for photos. His patience and passion are truly inspiring. Since childhood, he has dreamed of being a guide, and that passion shines through in everything he does. Even when other guides gave up on finding wildlife, Ally kept going. He knows the parks like the back of his hand, stays in constant communication with other guides to track rare species, and remains cheerful, friendly, and professional even after a long day of non-stop safari from sunrise to sunset. Thanks to him, this trip was absolutely magical, and we are so grateful for everything he did to make it unforgettable.

Throughout the trip, Maliwaza stayed available and attentive to our needs. Before we left, she even took the time to meet us at the airport one last time with a thoughtful, personal touch that really moved us.

In conclusion, Bush 2 City, and especially Maliwaza and Ally, are truly outstanding. Their professionalism, passion, and attention to detail made our dream trip a reality. Don’t hesitate—book with them and let them make your dreams come true!

We just came back from a 6 day safari trip with B2C and we can only say that everything was perfectly organised from the first minute to the last. We are so happy we put our trust in B2C to arrange the best experience for us in Tanzania.

Starting with the communication and planning of the trip (already two years ago, since we booked the trip before COVID times) with Jackson. Back then, Jackson's proposal stood out from other companies because of a better selection of accommodations, friendlier prices and overall a very flexible and clear way of communicating that helped us customise the trip to our liking.

Fast forward to the moment when we started our trip last week. We were picked up from the airport by our guide Dixon. We could not have wished for a better guide as he was such a friendly, calm and experienced guide. He was so knowledgable about the animals, answering all our questions about them, and really did his utmost to track them and find the perfect spots for us to view the animals from. He even went the extra mile for us as we raced to see a rhino (which are super rare!) in the late afternoon, on our very last day in Serengeti. A unique and beautiful experience we'll never forget!

Our itinerary had one more day of safari planned, but we were eager to get to know more about the culture and people of Tanzania. Dixon proposed to do a bicycling tour on our last day in the main land of Tanzania. The perfect alternate after a few days in the jeep. B2C was quick to arrange this for us and we had so much fun doing this bike tour, with Dixon also coming along for the ride together with a local guide from the village we were touring. Would recommend if you're keen to learn more about the people and culture as well.

I could go on and on, but in short: this was an experience of a lifetime that none of us will ever forget, made possible by Bush2City, Jackson and of course Dixon, who truly became a friend...
