Songota Falls Lodge — Local services in Arusha

I couldn't have more nice things to say about Songota Falls Lodge in Arusha. Tucked away in a suburb of Arusha it's off the beaten path and is a nice relaxing paradise especially after long flights.

Location: not inside arusha city but if you are looking for something relaxing away from time this is the place!

amenities: stay in self-contained cottages complete with hot shower. The hot water didnt work well the first night but Joyce fixed it right away. Comfortable lawn chairs to sit and stair at the green and lush view.

food: Joyce is an AMAZING cook. Be prepared to be spoiled for home cooked breakfast and supper.

cleanliness: clean :)

friendliness: Joyce, the owner, is friendly, kind and great to chat with. She made our stay even better....

Joyce and her family were absolutely fabulous!

We had to make a last minute booking at 9pm to have a place to sleep for the night, and Joyce welcomed us with open arms. She even prepared a very delicious dinner for us!

The rooms were stylish and memorable, and all rooms had hot water. The property looked very beautiful - lots of trees and a nice garden. (There is also a very sweet pup!)

We are hoping to return to Songota Falls Lodge again in the future, and we highly recommend it to...

I have stayed at Songota Falls before and I was expecting a great service as before but this time the host Joyce exceeded our expectation. Our stop over from the airport on our way to Serengeti was perfect. Great rooms, delicious fresh menu and of course fresh air and the view.
