This is a small regional airport but it was s very efficient. As far as I can tell, only Air Tanzania and Precision Air operate there and they both provide flights to Dar es Salaam. I used it as an alternative to go to Iringa, where the flights are very expensive because of the 20 seater planes. Flight to Dodoma then bus to Iringa. It is a compromise between the expensive direct flight and the very long bus ride.

It's small but awesome. It used to be odd but at the momemt its nice. Updated seats, updated service lounges, enough taxi and awesome roads. It has more than two flights per day from Dar es salaam which is really nice. Luggage handling haz improved alot and we are happy for runways lights that have increased night flights.

Very clean and tidy check in terminal. Staffs are very cooperative and very particular in their duties. However the arrangement of chairs in the check in hall can be improved by putting it in single rows by keeping reasonable gaps. Putting a row behind will increase the physical contact between people.

It's small but awesome. It used to be odd but at the momemt its nice. Updated seats, updated service lounges, enough taxi and awesome roads. It has more than two flights per day from Dar es salaam which is really nice. Luggage handling haz improved alot and we are happy for runways lights that have increased night flights.
