Sipe — Restaurant in Dodoma

Very good service. Welcoming and accommodating. I chose ‘macaroni cheese’ and the owner/chef asked if I wanted it with red or white sauce. It was white for me (presumably red is tomato based). My pasta came cooked perfectly. Wine is available in small bottles (375ml), but not from the local producers; mine was from South Africa. They also serve beer and soft drinks. I was offered cheese to eat with my bread, and allowed a sample before I made a decision. I was also blown away by the cleanliness of the toilets. They were spotless.
