Misterious Sinematix Mwanza — Local services in Nyamanoro

We went there today (2 pers) and it was a good experience. Went on 4pm in a 2d film. Got the VIP tickets which means you can have a seat in the last 2 rows. The seats itself don't differ much from the non VIPs but they appeared to be a bit softer and you had the opportunity to lean your head back more comfortably. There are toilets inside the cinema area and you also have the chance to buy snacks such as pizza slices and different flavours of popcorn. However bags were not allowed in the screening room, that's why you have to give them the staff at the snack bar. The screen rooms where pretty big and clean. Sound was also great. No complaints. The rooms where also equipped with an a/c that's why it got a bit cold. So it's a perfect place to enjoy a good film. Definitely...

It's a descent cinema with good prices, one can say cheap even. It's usually 10,000 Tshs for new movies and 7,000 for old movies (those which have been showing for a couple weeks). Just one disappointment, the movie theatre(s) is not sound proof, we could still hear the music that was playing at a wedding near the mall. Also the VIP, which means you get to seat on the back most seats, but in the same theatre with the regular, is 15,000. Otherwise good quality screens and they show...

Hopeless customer service their phones are switched off or they dont pick up your phone and when you are talking they hang up and when you have already asked a person at customer service to book a seat for you they say that the timetable on the system is not yet displayed they ask you to call the next morning and when you call your seats are already given to some other people when you have already booked.
