The premium lounge Zanzibar — Local services in Unguja

Upon entering the lounge, I was shocked to find that it was poorly maintained and lacked the expected amenities. The photos I've attached showcase the state of the lounge during our visit. To my surprise, there were no food or refreshments available for purchase, which was a significant part of the appeal for visiting your lounge. Given the subpar experience, I am requesting that you waive the charges on my account for this visit. i hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and provide the level of service and amenities that your members expect. This lounge is below regular lounge standards. Although the guy working there is friendly. It should really improve the basics, starting with the: availability of food, the assortment of foods, the usage of Tv screens for boarding monitoring (now you just have to guess or go down) and the complimentary availability of coffee (coffee is not included...!!!).

There are a few pro's: seating are is much more relaxed than downstairs , bottled water is available sockets and wifi (haven't tested the latter) are also available...

There is new lounge in the international departure at ZNZ airport. It is open 24/7 and it has good variety of food and rest area. It is called Marhaba Lounge and it accepts most of the lounge access from credit cards. It is much better than what is mentioned about...
