There are mainly locals here so you probably won’t see any tourists. They have the cheapest Mango Sticky rice I have every seen in Thailand, it was on 20thb per serving. This night market is right next to Preak Sa BTS Station and connected to Robinson’s Shopping Mall. Across the road is Big C Shopping Mall. Food is very affordable, and most places (if not all) accepts online payments, so it's very convenient.

With Big C Samut Prakan, Robinson Samut Prakan, and BTS Phraekasa nearby, the location is near perfect.

Is it instagrammable? Not really. The bridge with the lights can be a good photo spot, if you really want a pic with the place. But other than that, i can't find any uniquely interesting spot...
