The play center is spacious, but I found it somewhat underwhelming due to their policies. Firstly, they impose a time limit on play sessions, and even for older children, one adult must accompany them (while it's understandable, there are other play centers where you can safely leave your child while you go shopping). The most frustrating aspect, however, is that the accompanying adult is required to purchase a pair of socks for another 60baht, which seems like a pushy way to maximise profits.
And also masks are mandatory inside the play center, including for young children and non-participating adults. This requirement feels out of place considering we are already halfway through 2023, and it's no longer the same situation as it was in 2020.
There are a couple of massage chairs which operates for like a little over 5minutes for 20bahts.

It's 440฿ per child.
Each child under 11 needs an adult, which is another 170฿.
And even though we brought non-slip socks for our kids (from a trampoline park), they aren't branded with Harborland. They require you to buy their branded socks at 60฿ per kid.
And they also require branded socks for the non-participating adults (60฿ x 2).
Total: 1,460฿ so the kids can play for an hour or two while the parents work?
Just make it a package deal: kid+adult+socks = 730฿.
The upside is that Dunkin' Donuts is inside, so you can have reasonably priced coffee and boba while working. It removes a bit of the sting from their incessant...
Read moreThis is my second time and last. 380 baht for 3 hours, 140 baht for an adult and one adult must go in. The price is hight but acceptable and comparable for what I will pay in the US. This time around I had a bad customers service experience with the ticket staff, not sure if what they told me is true and happens to everyone. They said that I only can use the harbor land socks and I need to login LINE to scan my QR code which I do not want to. They tried to talk me in how my QR code will help me with safety issues if kids get lost. The place was empty during weekdays and seems to be clean and much to explore for my kids, unfortunately, I will not return. There are lots of playpalce in Bangkok who won't give me...
