Really enjoyed this dining experience. Never seen anything quite like it. Food comes along on the conveyor like most sushi places I have been but the majority is meant to be cooked in an on table pot. Once done this leaves an amazing broth you can have as a soup at the end. Standard Nigri type sushi available too. It is set up as an all you can eat in 1 hour type of thing....
