Waking up to lush greenery on one side and the sparkling ocean on the other is truly magical.

What sets Bella Costa apart is its exceptional staff and customer service. From day one, the team has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They’re incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely caring—whether it’s assisting with requests or simply greeting residents with warm smiles.

The grounds are immaculately maintained, with lush landscaping and tranquil spaces that make every stroll feel like a retreat. And let’s talk about the onsite café—it’s phenomenal! The quality of food, drinks, and service rivals some of the best cafés in town, making it a daily highlight.

A true 10/10 – I feel lucky to call this place...

My experience as a new tenant of Bella Costa has been above and beyond anyplace I have lived in all my 76 years!!! I am from the US and have found this location to surpass my expectations, from the unit itself to the beautifully manicured premises with visits from peacocks, the mountain and sometimes sea views and the pristine pools, not to mention the proximity to the beach and mangroves. The peace and serenity is unmatched!!! Last, but hardly least, is the excellence of the staff and their willingness to do what it takes to make residents feel at home while being caring, respectful, friendly and accommodating. This is the gem of Prauchuap Khiri Khan. It took me a while to write this review because I don’t want any one else to find this place! ;) Living here is like living in a spa. The people that work here must love their job because they are very happy and always willing to help. Words cannot describe the beauty you will be surrounded by. The last thing I will say. This is not a home for those scared of bugs and snakes. You get the opportunity to live at the border of the national forest, where else is that possible? And that comes with the responsibility of loving the animals and nature that will surprise visit you often. To live here means you also want to be a steward to the Earth. The drive home at night will be dark and windy but the sea shares its light.
