Definitely NOT recommend. First, we booked a transfer service from Krabi International Airport to Railay West Beach, but they dropped us off at Ao Nang Beach and told us the ferry was NOT included. Second, when we arrived at the Krabi International Airport, we went to the meeting point mentioned in the confirmation email, but nobody was there. We looked for the driver all over the place, asked for help from other people, and tried to call the phone number provided in the email, which kept responding the numbers are not exist. It took about 30 minutes to find the driver finally. Third, we asked about the taxi price at the airport when we couldn't find the driver. The money I paid for the transfer service is much more than the total amount of the taxi at the airport plus long tail boat tickets to Railay West Beach. The destination is Railay West Beach, as we put in the order, but like I said, they didn't send us to the destination but dropped us off in the middle. Forth, I booked this service on WelcomConnect, later I put the same request on another app with other companies, only trying to figure out what I had done wrong before, I came out with a similar price and more detailed information, such as when's the earliest and latest ferry service to the Railay East Pier, and they will drop me off at the eastside. I'll have to walk from the east to the west, which is only 5 minutes walk. And this makes me feel the transfer service I booked from this company is like a scam compared with the other companies. I booked a 7AM morning ride to the airport 2 days in advance and the driver didn’t show up at all. Terrible service and won’t recommend to anyone.

I whatsapped the person and after he confirmed my reservation I msged him multiple times asking for the drivers license plate and/or phone number but he never responded. When I called him the night before to confirm and ask for the numbers again he just said, “yes yes, ok” and didn’t give me any information.

I trusted that everything was in order but obviously it wasn’t because the driver never showed up in the morning! When I called the WhatsApp number of course nobody picked up. I had to scramble to find a last minute taxi and made it just in time for my flight.

Actually I didn’t get the service a ordered! I booked tripp from point A to point B, instead I got point A to B to C and finally D. I payed service to transfer (SUV) get us from one hotell to get another hotell in Phuket. Instead I got transfer from first hotell to marine, then we had to all with our Laguage and little baby to go on foot to ferry, then we had to get meeting point 1km from marine and then there was minivan, not suv I booked. That was really disappointing! Driver was ok, but one thing what was not good, all the tripp was gas on gas off, we all got carsick. Never again I will not book here!
