I have to advise you that, we went on this cruise and had a terrible time. Only the top deck was open, so everybody was crowded into the one area. This resulted in everybody elbowing for room and crowding the food area to the detriment of anybody elderly or who don't like crowds. Once the crowd died down however, I wondered what the rush was about, as the food was terrible and nothing like that shown in photos and You Tube adverts. Dry and tiny prawns, chicken wings that tasted like they were cooked yesterday (cold and oily), fried rice with undercooked rice, off tasting "fresh" salmon and sushi that would put the lowest talented Japanese chef to feel he was clever. Coupled with soggy Pad Thai, dry and tasteless chicken and vegetable stir fry, cold greasy French fries and nuggets and one if the poorest selections of desserts I have seen in a long time. That with deafening music with a speaker about a metre from my ear and deafening commentary the entire two hours was totally unenjoyable and certainly not worth the 990 baht each that we paid. Beware...the photos are not reflective of the food you get. You know it was bad when you have to stop at 7/11 on your way home to order a ham and cheese sandwich to stave off...

It’s your first time in Thailand and you have no background or appreciation of culture
Money is of no concern to you
You don’t mind loud noises, strobe lights, and crowds
Lowlights:
The WORST sushi and french fries I’ve EVER (and I’d know—I’m from the USA and have enjoyed other sushi from around the globe).
People constantly taking selfies and having no respect for personal space. I was seated at a table on he edged do the boat, and people constantly bumped my back, put hands on my table, and took photos with me in it.
The Thai “traditional dance” performers… looked like they were having fun. But it was so fake and cheesy I’m almost certain it’s a parody or camp?
The food was bland. People often left serving tongs totally in the food. Very gross.
Thankfully I read some review first and knew to avoid the feeding frenzy at the buffet. After about an hr the nudging died down.
The live(?) music was tolerable. Real or not, it was one of the few mood boosters.
To be fair the view was nice, but in sure there’s better options. Like Iconsiam? You’re in luck, because ours passed by 4 times.
