Went to this place once with friends two years ago acne from America so Ofcourse we were missing these kind of atmospheres at the time each one of us got a plate of kunafa and later on shared big plate of baklava mix .all food served was bellow average and bellow our expectation but we liked the setting and middle Eastern setup and music and maybe Quran at the time as well after . But two minutes after we finished out plates and drank our tea the server after asking if we needed any thing twice wanted to hand us the check/bell we didn’t think of it at the time but then they kept spraying cleaners spray next to our tables even though they were clean to get us out in a very rude matter when I asked them if they can stop and get the bell so did in less than 20 seconds . So two years later though to give our self another chance and hoped they changed to better attitude how to treat customers after I went again with other friends we first ordered tea when someone came and sarcastically told us if they did anything wrong or why we are it ordering anything else other than tea . But we wanted only tea at the time . So they kept sending the waiter if we needed anything else . So we left without drinking the tea . It was a nasty tasting look like it was watered down to the drop . Conclusion : worst customer service should treat customers with respect . Work on your manners and Definitely get you a baklava and dessert. Chef because yours is one of theworst.. I am very please with the level of customer service and with the high quality of the sweets they sell. The place was clean and very well looked after. Staff were very welcoming, professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed the variety of sweets they offered me as samples and I had great time. I strongly recommend this place.If there is more than five stars, I would have given you. I went there for one dish of sweets but I end up spending close to 10,000TL buying sweets for the whole family as gifts and that was due to the high quality of service , the high quality of sweets, the cleanliness, and the welcoming professional staff.
