Purchased 4 Dockers T-shirts as the kind salesman shared with us that there's a 30% discount. We proceeded to make payment at the cashier and was first served by an unethical young female cashier. As we don't look local, she asked for our handphone number for payment purposes. Another male cashier then asked us if we wanted white plain socks, in which we declined. He then said that the socks are free and we don't need to pay for it as he's giving us the free socks and packed into our shopping bag. After the payment, the receipt was printed but not given to us. As we are tourists and will be departing from Istanbul in a few hours time, we requested for the receipt from her. However, she didn't want to provide us a receipt for our purchase and merely wrote down the total amount paid on a piece of paper. Upon receiving that paper, we saw that the total bill she entered does not tally with what the salesman had told us (30% discount) and what we had calculated. We confronted the 2 cashiers and asked them to print a proper receipt and asked for an explanation. As there's language barrier (we speak English and they speak Turkish), we had to use Google translator to communicate with these 2 fools, and yet they denied that the amount was incorrect and that they had charged us more than they should. They even told us that we are not entitled to the 30% discount for the Dockers T-shirt as we are tourists, despite us telling them that the salesman had told us that there's an on-going discount for all Dockers items. They didn't want to refund us the amount and didn't provide a proper explanation, and we told them that we would call our Tour Guide in to talk to them. Their facial expressions were shocked, as they didn't expect us to know of someone local who can speak Turkish. So we called our Tour Guide in and he talked to them. It turns out that these 2 fools were trying to cheat us out of our money and lied to our Tour Guide, making us seen as the bad customers. These 2 fools even told our Tour Guide that those socks are not free (!!!!) and that the extra charges were partly from the socks (total about 6 pairs of white plain, thick and long socks which we never need or intended to buy!!) and the "non-discounted" Dockers T-shirts!! See how manipulative they were towards tourists, just because we couldn't understand their language. Overall a bad experience at Boyner with these 2 scammers and wasted about 30minutes of our time. Felt bad for our Tour Guide to be called in to settle the issue for us, as we were feeling helpless and cheated in a foreign country. Appalled and sick by these 2 scammers unethical attitude...

İki farklı bot beğendim, numarası yok dediler, bir küçük numarasını denedim denerken müşteri temsilcisinin bir seri saygısız tavrına maruz kaldım, farklı bir müşteri temsilcisinden destek almak istedim, botların ayak numarama uygun olanını bulup getirdi, biraz önce yok denildi dedim, yeni geldi dedi, benzer saygısız tavırları bu görevli de gösterince burnumdan geldi ve mağazadan alışveriş yapmadan çıktım. BOYNER elemanlarını müşteriye karşı tutum ve davranışları hususunda hiç mi eğit miyor? Semt pazarındaki akşama kadar bin müşteriyle ilgilenen pazarcı esnafından örnek alın, güler yüzle onca yoğunluğa rağmen kimseye homurdanmadan hizmet veriyorlar. BOYNER lütfen elemanlarınızı daha özenli seçin ve müşteri ilişkileri hususunda yetiştirin. Nasıl bir mağazacılık anlayışınız var, ürün satmak mı istemiyorsunuz yoksa müşteri mi beğen miyorsunuz? BOYNER mağazasına hayır istemeye değil alışveriş yapmaya geliyoruz! Hiç mi denetim yapmıyorsunuz ya da Google şikayetlerine bakmıyorsunuz, yoksa marka olarak mı müşteri politikanız bu yönde? Başta Marmara forum Boyner olmak üzere diğer Boynerler . İnsanları kandırarak çalıyorsunuz . Oradaki renkli gözlü müdür dahil olmak üzere bütün çalışanlar aralarında istisna belki ams yok hepsi bu şekilde bu süreçe dahil . Ürün alıyorsunuz . Sanıyorsunuz ki hopiden düştü ams onlar özellikle uyarmama rağmen , söyleme rağmen düştüğünü söyleyip kasa arkasından, ya çorap , ya bağcık vs vs yada bebantol krem gibi ürünleri geçirerek sizden fazla para alıyorlar . Defalarca bu sorunu yaşadım şikayette ettim ama aynı değişennbişi yok . Artık yeter bu rezilliğe , kandırmaca oyunlarınıza. Dünde aynısı yaptılar kesinlikle Boyner bitti benim için . Be kim olursa olsun bu durumu anlatacağım . 1.200 tl geçenlerde çaldılar itiraz ettim vs aldım paramı . Bu 1 kere değil sürekli yaşadığım bir sorum önceden farkına varmadığım daha çok alınan Hopi uygulaması altında kandırılan insanlar benndahil . Dünde aynısı yaşayınca artık pesssssss dedirttiler . Dünden olan alışverişten küçük bir şey paylaşıyorum . Emin olun daha çok böyle yüksek rakamlarda alıyorlar kasa arkası...
