I booked online for $150. It wasn't worth the price. I regret using this company. I booked a shoot via their website for 9:30 with transportation. The transportation came 30 minutes late... at 9:30am. When he dropped me off, he asked me to pay him $20, but I had already paid online. There was only 1 worker there. His name was DJ and he was operating the drone. He was very kind, accommodating and personable. DJ told me it was High Tide. I'm a tourist, so I didn't understand what that meant. Basically, I'd be in a Kayak with waves. It would have been nice to know that prior to booking. The staff member that was supposed to pose me was 45 minutes late. DJ gave me the option to take photos without him, but I chose to wait. I stayed at Alexandra (clear water beach), but was taken to Sunset Beach on Shearwater Close in Leeward Settlement. The water was murky and not clear... which was disappointing. DJ informed me that I would get 5 poses. I wanted 2 in bathing suit cover-ups and 1 in my bathing suit. I only got photographed in my cover-ups. The guys made me feel comfortable but it was hard to pose in the wavy water. DJ was unable to transfer all pictures and video to my phone. The pictures were uploaded, but the video were not. He WhatsApp'd me 2 videos out of the 4. I asked for the remaining 2 videos for which he stated he would give to me. To this day I have not received them. I wish I did the clear kayak photoshoot at Alexandra. The water is absolutely clear and they would have probably been more professional. I'd probably get everything I asked for. I liked their website, but it is misleading. I did not care for this company. I did not receive my cold bottle of water either. This shoot will not be worth my money!...
Read moreOverall great tour and interesting way to see the mangrove and animals. Our tour guide got stuck in traffic so our tour started almost an hour late, they did give us a 10% discount which doesn't amount to much. Our tour guide was great and had TONS OF PATIENCE! Unfortunately, this was problematic for me because two of the people in the group was a mom with zero experience and her eight year old daughter that maybe weighed 60 pounds. Immediately they ran into the dock. Another staff paddled them out to us, but right after she was in the grasses, so he attached her kayak to ours to pull her along and she would barely paddle when he asked. I get that some people don't have experience, but I think the kid was too small given that and detered from the experience in the beginning. I had to paddle harder because she wasn't doing anything and she acted surprised like she was going to have to paddle. Once we got to the turtles, the guide paddled so we could take pictures, which was awesome. We also saw an upside down jellyfish, conch and shark. It was really fun. The turtles were fast so you had to look everywhere. The bottom of the boats were pretty scratched so a bit hard to...
Read moreWe went out yesterday on the kayak tour. To start, there was a miscommunication and they forgot to pick us up at our resort. But, it all worked out and we got there and they made it work. I appreciate them being willing to go out a little later than planned to get us out, and am super grateful to the other couple who had to hang back and wait for us to arrive. These guys know how to work hard and provided an excellent tour, full of information, patience, and fun. We saw a lot of turtles! We had a storm roll in at the end, but it wasn't an issue. We would absolutely return again. If you have patience, can go with the flow and accept that maybe things aren't always perfect, and enjoy life no matter what, then this is the right place. Just allow lots of time and don't plan another activity around this one. Just in case. If you are into a super professional, strictly scheduled outing, or can't handle things not going according to plan, then it's maybe not the right place or even the right...
