Villa Tropica — Hotel in Providenciales

We just stayed at the Villa Tropica for 1 week and it was one of our top favorite trips. We have traveled a lot for the last 25 years to many places and stayed in a variety of places (condos, hotels, villas, homes, all inclusive resorts, etc.). This was by far one of the best homes that we have rented. The pictures are beautiful, but don't provide the full experience of the actual home. It was even more beautiful in person. The pool and the grounds were so lush with palm trees, bushes and flowers, and so well maintained that we felt like we were at a resort. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need. Dany and his team were wonderful to work with from the time of the booking through our entire stay. We stayed here with 2 other couples and everyone loved it. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the islands in the future. This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and the Pelican and Grace Bay beaches are what you see in magazines. Our week in Turks and Caicos was magical. From the first time you enter the house you know you are in paradise. The house is huge, much larger than it looks in the pictures. The pool area is awesome. Our kids swam in the morning, beach through the day, and ended each day swimming to their hearts content. In the evening, with the outdoor lights turned on, it was really when you know you are in paradise. They have done an incredible job creating a paradise atmosphere at the house.

The house is only a short walk or drive from the beach. We encourage a few days to travel up to the heart of Grace Bay (really only less than a 10 minute drive), where you will find incredible reefs and great snorkeling.

We just stayed at the Villa Tropica. Overall great experience. The location is really great and easily accessible to the beach. The Property Manager, Emily, was very hospitable and helped us with lots of questions/planning ideas. She even called ahead to a restaurant our first night to get us seated and our food order (because our kids were so hungry).

The only con was that the pool did not seem to filtrate properly. The property company sent someone to look at it after we raised the concern but not sure if it got fixed. Also one of the showers was not useable due to a leak getting fix but the team was accommodating on addressing that.
