SPA, Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort — Local services in Abu Dhabi

I had high expectations for my visit to SPA with a friend, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and far from relaxing.

We had a massage appointment at 7 PM, and no one informed us that the facilities close at 8:30 PM. We were told the closing time was 9 PM and even reassured that the timing was flexible. Instead, we were rushed through our visit and only allowed to use the jacuzzi briefly before being hurried to leave.

To make matters worse, after showering and washing our hair, the hair dryer wasn’t working. This left us no choice but to walk out with wet hair. When we reached the reception, it was completely empty except for one staff member, Maureen, who was sweet and tried her best to assist us. However, no one thought to arrange a buggy to take us to the lobby. We had to walk in the cold with wet hair—an uncomfortable and avoidable situation.

The treatment was excellent. The therapist Hanane was amazingly good. Her facial techniques are excellent. She was also very polite, kind & patient. Definitely would recommend her.

The spa facilities are lovely, I would definitely come back & would recommend the spa.

The amenities are comprehensive, well designed, and very well maintained. Very cozy!

The spa facilities are very good. The service is bad. You will enjoy eventually. But Good luck trying to find someone to help you inside the spa. There was no hot water in the shower area. No one there to inform. I had to walk a long way till I reached the reception and asked for help. No one is there to show you how to (USE) The shower. Then after wasting 10 minutes trying to find someone to help finally I was advised to take a shower in the treatment room. I took the shower then didn't find any towels to dry myself after that.
