Very bad experience!!! i bought a house in RAK and the day of the transfer they started my application at 9 am and they didn't finish because the office was closing at 12 but everyone left at 11.30 when my Title deed came around 11.50 so it could be finished on time. Very bad costumer service because yesterday i called the municipality and asked for some information of a paper that i need myself. This guy he was very rude to me and he was very pissed because he didn't know which document i was talking about. But instead of asking me what i mean he kept shouting.
Thei website is not working, you send emails and you NEVER get response. I just regret having considered RAK as a nice place. It is, but they make it very bad!!!!!!!
I hope (even if i'm sure they cannot be touched) someone will make some change or let them understand that this is not the way to work...
