My whole experience with C&S has been wholesome and enriching!!
Starting from the studio which is immaculately setup with the best in class equipments and thoughtfully put together with separate zones for each kind of workout unlike other fitness studios where you have all kept together in 1 space. The whole place has a warm, positive and extremely calming vibe to it.
I took personal training sessions with Saloni (though i hate work outs)and the fact that I used to look forward to them speaks volumes of her. Extremely knowledgeable, calm, understanding and always positive and motivational is how I would sum up my experience with her. Every session had a different set of workouts and she would alter the same as per my energy level, heart rate and mood :). The kind of workouts she has given have never been advised to me in any other centre before and some I hadnt even heard of before. You could see the impact on the body within weeks of religiously following them through.
She has changed my perspective on food and exercises and is always there to offer corrective actions patiently incase of overeating on weekends or a bad work week leading to junk.
Also my son has joined PT sessions with Saloni. The difference? My chubby boy who could just about walk now runs, jogs, hops and loves workouts and looks at food and fitness in a different light. Imagine she even managed to convince him to participate in a 1km run which is a giant leap of progress considering he hated exercises. Just cant thank you enough for this :)

   Read moreI've been attending pilates and stretch and release classes for a year at Chisel and Stride. There is a strong sense of community among the people who attend the classes and this is down to Saloni who not only takes care of your physical well-being but also your mental well-being as well. The small class sizes foster a sense of community and care for each other. Saloni accomodates newcomers and adjusts the classes for them but also keeps in mind the long-term users by making sure exercises stretch everyone to reach their potential. She demonstrates each stretch before teaching us how to do it ourselves. She then goes and corrects any person whose alignment or posture might be wrong to avoid that person getting injured. I really appreciate this method as it means noone gets left behind. I used to have a mild discomfort in my knees but the feeling has subsided thanks to the stretch and release and pilates classes.
