I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay I had at latinem recently. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service that made me feel right at home.

The appartmemt was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for my stay. The amenities offered were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning.

I also want to commend your staff Mr. Shadi and Mr. Ashley for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, and their friendly demeanor truly made a lasting impression on me.

Overall, my experience at latinem exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family in the future. Thank you for providing such a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning again soon.

the staff didn’t call me when I booked! nobody sent me the house rules! when I found the number and called nobody pick up the line! I tried to call totally maybe 22 times but the calls was transfer between each others of them and nobody answer! I couldn’t find the apartment easily and I waste lot of time in this matter! now I could reach the apartment after long time with help of security. there was no towels in bathroom!! there was no roll paper beside toilette! the shower cabin sewage was blocked and I opened it by myself!!!! there was only person came quickly before I discover all of these problems to turn tv on and he left, he said call me if you need anything but he didn’t! the bed sheets was dirty! the bed quality was horrible as you move on it it makes very big noise!!! i will complain with the...

Pathetic service please don't visit again. Room service - They told they will clean only after a week of stay.... After tremendous pressure and trouble we had them clean our room once in those 7 days. Which is terrible there were no terms of how cleaning will be done on the website. Communication- There was absolutely no proper communication from stay by latinem,It was soo difficult to connect to them and we saw the host once during the entire stay and he came only becoz we told we will leave a bad review else he would not have come Accommodation- They don't have a policy of cleaning the room during the stay at all and there are no cleaning supplies for us to clean by ourselves also, we were stranded and had no choice but to stay coz it was...
