It's not very crowded so one can stroll through it within one hour. A souq with lovely stores is present and it's centrally air-conditioned inside. There's a small Cafeteria inside which serves tasty food. And a trendier cafe outside for fast food is there. Washroom amenities are available. Free parking is available

Superbe endroit a voir. Ce fort fait partie d'une série de fortifications sur la côte est des Émirats ayant des origines portugaises. Il est édifié en pierre, en briques de boue et en gypse. Il a été restauré et ouvert en tant que musée et attraction touristique en avril 2021. Dommage que si peu de gens visitent cet endroit car c est très beau.

مكان جميل ومناسب للعوائل قريب من السوق الشعبي قريب من البحر والحديقة .. بين فترة وفترة يقام فعاليات فالمكان.. بالرغم ان المكان صغير الا ان في تنظيم ومنظمين.. يوجد من يبيع الاكلات الشعبيه والمشروبات الساخنه..

The fort itself is permanently closed to the public, the security guard told me (May 2025). A small museum...
