During the covid19 situation there young lad on the door checking temp and handing the gloves and asking to use the sanitizer , after that my documents were taken by the receptionist to two separate counter because I had 2 transactions - it nearly took 10 mins to finish my transaction and I was out of there service center - bravo 👏🏻...
