Circuit is great, cafe is appalling service wise. I left a review elsewhere. The cheek and arrogance of whoever replied to my review is something that beggars belief. I'll elaborate this time as my review was labelled as "irrational" and that "i should have expressed any concerns to another person" who wasn't the chef. I got served by a woman jn her early 20s. She was quite happy to give me breakfast with portions a certain way for a price she and me were both happy with. No problem, then comes cooking the meal itself. It was a male chef, the person on another review tried telling me they have a woman. Well this day when i got served it was a bloke.... He proceeded to shout "WHO ORDERS 7 SAUSAGES!!!!" Then i started to hear things being thrown about, very unprofessional..... The worker and i heard all this, i said "do you want me to say something, i hope he's not going to give you any abuse". The worker said "no it's fine he's normally alright". I was intimidated as this guy naturally being a chef has all kinds of weapons if he wants where he works, if he'd have come from the back to confront me on his pathetic observation, there was moments i felt intimidated given the things he could throw about were pans and knives, christ knows what was being thrown about but it was enough to make me feel nervous and why should a patron have to feel nervous because a grown man can't understand that yes, jn the 21st century an adult can order 7 sausages, and it should come without ridicule. i still can't understand what all the fuss was about, me and the front of house had an amicable exchange. I then go to get my meal cooked, all hell breaks loose. What's that all about??! And note to the person at Anglesey, don't try and debunk my review this time.... It's nothing but the truth, wear it, as your staff manning this should do better for their customers. Again, the track is great, but my experience left me that angry and bemused over nothing i'm unable to provide anything...

Wow!

I know some people have moaned about waiting times on various social media but that's nonsense.

This place is properly and professionally run.

There is a queue when you first get there. Everyone needs to sign in and get proper instructions, fair enough.

I was offered a free lap with a driver to get to know the course. Very patient and knowledgeable.

Then you are handed your driving times and vehicle choices.

Getting in the Lamborghini at 6'2 with a crash helmet is not easy. Nor is, when you manage to get in, driving it hunched up! But hell it is fun. With the enthusiastic encouragement of the instructor, the first lap was fast but careful and the 2nd lap was fabulous and fast (but safe).

Then it was the Ferrari. Oh my. Even better! The instructor for this one was amazing too and very encouraging. You think you can drive capably fast on a normal road. But normal roads don't have hairpins or sharp up and downs to tackle. It was amazing, especially as I was beginning to get used to the track shape.

The last one was an Aston Martin DB9. My friend had one years ago and I liked the look of it. However, I wish I had chosen this car to be my first drive instead of my last. It is way heavier and way less acceleration and pick up speed. It would have been better to learn the track in this before the supercars.

Did not spoil the experience though. Fabulous afternoon with great instructors. Well worth the money and thank you...

A gem of a place tucked away on the welsh coast! This was my first time at Anglesey circuit, on a Nolimits trackday. Did the Saturday and Sunday. As a whole, hhe place is well set out, well kept and a nice place to go. The paddock has power supplies for campers/caravans all free to use. There are also toilets, showers. And a chemical toilet disposal. There is a cafe and bar onsite which opens when there are events on.. and the food is lovely, with nice homely meals on offer.. I had steak and ale pie, chips, peas n gravy.. for £8.50.. they also do puddings, cakes and snacks.. so the prices arent extortionate like some venues ive been to! The site offers upto 22 garages for motorsport vehicles.. we had 10 bikes in the garage we were in.. but the garages and power are first come.. first served.. so try to arrive early!! Now the important bit.. the track.. WOW!! a fantastic track, well maintained and surfaced.. nice and wide.. with a combination of fast long sweeping corners? on camber and off camber, and some nice hairpins, and a decent change in elevation.. and.. what a view as you crest over the top part of the track, out across the bay.. Lastly, i want to add that every member of the Anglesey staff from the cafe workers to the marshalls to the lady cleaning the showers.. were all lovely and friendly... To sum it up... It looks like Anglesey has just trumped Cadwell Park as my favourite...

Came to Anglesey Circuit (Trac Môn) in the middle of the night for race weekend, when I woke in the morning the sun was shining, the sound of engines warming up filled the paddock and the smell of breakfast wafted down from the cafe. Practice day was well organised with Marshall's and track officials making sure everything ran safely and efficiently. Covid restrictions in place meant we had to have masks on the pit wall but the Marshall's were very polite about reminding us as we approached due to the missing signage. Following the day we did our traditional team Luke Herbert Racing track walk after dinner, the circuit is beautiful, with a very dense, very abrasive tarmac (Bring tyres!) The view from around the circuit over the water and out onto the surrounding peninsular is breathtaking! The circuit facilities are the best I have experienced (for women) in the whole of the UK so far, sanitary bins in the toilets, clean, good shower facilities with hot water and good water pressure. We will definitely be coming back for more events here!

I attended a Javelin track day event and really enjoyed the day, the views and the track. There is something special about the quality and smoothness of roads in Wales and the same seems to go for the race circuits as well. We used the short track on a Saturday and the layout and quality of the surface is superb. I'm not surprised it has been the venue for several TV shoots of the years. I drove a friend's monster V8 sports racer which would probably have been better suited to run on their longer GP track but still an awesome experience! This was made possible by relaxed circuit staff who were professional but human and easy to talk to and share a laugh with. There are some great facilities there including a restaurant but that was closed for the minor event on the day we went. Although located in a remote area of the UK, it is well worth the 3¼ drive from home and I look forward to going there again.
