Covid has caused lots of problems for many people this year, and my close friends who were due to be married here this year sadly couldn't go ahead as was originally planned. I’m amazed there’s not more reviews like this, but I guess they’re all going through insurance too, so it will only be a matter of time. By all accounts, Aynhoe Park have been terrible to respond, slow in even offering a refund, and after repeated promises they have not paid a single penny. Even a token letter from the owner James Perkins - who promised to refund within 28 days, sadly came and went.
It looks like they’re now trying to diversify into a hotel rather than a wedding venue, but I would be very hesitant during Covid in 2020 and 2021 to book a room as you're very likely to lose your money too if the slightest problem arises. Should my friends ever get a single penny back, it still stands that Aynhoes approach as a business is terrible and should be a warning to all. Aynhoe Park sounds like it could be great venue if everything is in their favor, but it's in the tough times that you truly see a companies true colors, and sadly they have handled this terribly. I'm 99% sure this will end up going to court, so perhaps all Aynhoe Wedding couples should lawyer up together and get some justice for what should have been the happiest day of...

The grounds are very neatly kept and then as soon as you enter the building you are wowed by it's mix of classical and modern decor which is stunning. I won't spoil it by telling you what's in the foyer but it too is magical. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Help is at hand if you need it but you feel at ease walking around looking at the pieces of furniture and art work. Most have price tags and are available to purchase, but are expensive. There are 3 restaurants, one offering wood-fired pizzas another a variety of drinks and fine teas. There is parking and at the back of the house a deer park where you can see these fine animals...
Read moreAn incredible destination that blends dining, design, and countryside charm. The outdoor loggia and pizza oven make for a standout restaurant experience, with a carefully curated menu that feels thoughtful and indulgent. The country estate setting is elegant and refined, with deer roaming the surrounding fields - a truly magical backdrop. Indoors, the restaurant is filled with light from its large windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. To top it off, the entire house is an extraordinary interior design shop seamlessly blending art, furniture, and decor in a way that’s simply...
