Absolute farce! Placed our order via their website as I have previously this time though they only sent half of what I ordered and sent other things I'd not ordered. Called up and was told they would send my order out in 15 minutes ... great... 45 minutes later still no food so call again to be told the driver said he delivered the correct order and they wont do anything to fix it. I've just sent my other half down after they hung up on me with the food we didnt order to prove to them theyve sent the wrong food. Oh and beware over the phone they kept putting a really high beeping tone on whilst they disappear leaving you on hold . Hopefully we can either get a refund or the food we actually ordered, this has taken about 2 hours so far since ordering. We wont be using these again! Poor service took food back to shop pointed out that one dish not cooked properly the woman laughed thought funny my partners a chef and pointed it out the order wasn't cooked right the worst bit is laughing at half cooked food that took over an hour to come. Plus if you use just eat a refunds really hard to even request and takes days to process. Plus the take away pockets a delivery charge and surcharge Plus the attitude and poor service beats it all.
