Cosy Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Birmingham

I was incredibly hung over when I came in on a Saturday morning with my friends and their dog (this is a dog friendly cafe). We all sat in a comfortable booth and enjoyed the atmosphere. The waiting staff were all attentive and friendly, fussing over the dog and making sure we were doing ok. I ordered a light breakfast with no beans. The food choice isn’t large here but for a Saturday morning revival it was perfect. The coffee was great too.

The real reason I’m compelled to write a review is because two seats away from us a man was having a medical emergency. I could see the staff were caring for him and his partner, making sure he was comfortable and relaxed while the ambulance arrived. They were so good at looking after him that I actually didn’t notice there was anything wrong for a few minutes. The team were calm, collected and professional. I hope the guy is ok.

I would recommend this place for the atmosphere alone, but do order the big breakfast and a nice big mug of tea. They also have books around so if you’re on your own you can just grab one and have a read while you recharge. This place is...

I love this coffee shop is go there with a family friend coffee ☕️ is good food is very good and this coffee shop has a lot of retro memorabilia from the 60,s and 70,s items for decoration they have books that you can takeaway and read but it's a must that they are returned. The cosy cafe is very clean and also they have an upstairs but I am not able to get up there. You can eat and drink outside it is a lovely cafe maybe they should make room for disability walkers with wheels and it would be good if wheelchairs could get in. This coffee shop has an assortment of cakes and retro sweets. They sell novelty sweets for children. I left my I pad in there by accident and a week later I phoned the cosy coffee shop and they still had it and the staff said they were hoping the owner would come and collect it and I went to cosy coffee shop and I had a coffee and a piece of cake and I asked if they still had my i pad and they said they had and they brought it over to me with my coffee and cake. What can I say about this place , how have I not been in here before , a step back in time to when the customer's matter, awesome cafe and aptly named cosy cafe , great place to visit filled with reminders of years gone by , staff are amazing food is amazing the atmosphere is amazing to , it also has a children's section with a selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained , a sweet shop with loads of old favourites you get weighed out like th good old days. Can not speak more highly of the place a real little gem , if only every high street had a place like this the world would be that little more brighter , I'm a very hard to please customer but even I couldn't find fault with any aspect of my experience eating here, I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know , well done cosy cafe keep doing...
