Caspian Pizza Yardley — Local services in Birmingham

I wouldn't even give this place half a star let alone one star. Absolutely disgusting service. My family ordered an 2 XL pizza's, 2 fries and a bottle of drink. We received 1 XL pizza and 2 packets of chips. We didn't even order this and it didn't even taste nice. Chips were raw as if they were boiled. We told the delivery guy we received the wrong order who proceeded to say he's just the driver. We called in and explained the problem. They said they will deliver the rest of the food - they didn't. We called again and half way through talking they cut off the phone. We called the next day explaining our problem and said we can't do anything about it and they were really rude. I ordered 2 cheese burgers but we only took a few bites and couldn't finish the rest. The burgers were overcooked, there was no flavour and the baps were very soggy. I took them back and asked for a refund which he refused at first "because you've eaten (a FEW bites) them so I can't re-use them now." I said "So if I hadn't touched them you would've used them for another customer instead, but because you can't you won't give me my money back!?" He said "Well I can't use them like this! You should've just looked at them and then decided you didn't want them" I told him to stop arguing with me and give me my money back, which he did, at that point. It makes me wonder how many times customers have taken food back and he's given it to another customer? This shop has a Food Hygiene Rating of 1 - now I know I will NEVER...
