Terrible customer service, very unhelpful. Do not book.
Reply edit: I was called by the manager or receptionist yesterday who asked me to delete my review and I said I would not but I would not mind to update it as it is still customer service when calling to book regardless if there is an appointment or not, she agreed. I have now spoken with the manager/receptionist who has apologised for the inconvenience but only because she saw my review. With that being said and now seeing their reply after given me less than a day to ‘delete’ my review when I am busy, I still believe the staff were running me around in circles as opposed to giving possible future availability. They told me on a few occasions they would call me back for cancellations or to let me know atleast, they never did this on each occasion. I have been to several Thai massage places as I get massages frequently and I have never recieved this type of customer service anywhere else.
It is common knowledge that a business providing a service is customer service from the call to book all the way to the massage and so it does not matter whether I have had a massage with you yet or not, customers do not just appear on the massage bed. I still found the staff very unhelpful as I have tried to book with them repeatedly and they have made it impossible for me to book with them it seems like but they have the time to call me to ask me to delete my review and then respond as if I’m a randomer that just feels like typing out a bad review. Not the case, some of us value customer service and I haven’t had a great experience with trying to book/communicate with them is all and others are free to have their own opinion whether they feel this is a great...
Read moreMe and my friend recently had the pleasure of experiencing at king thai therapy at Birmingham, and it was truly an incredible and rejuvenating experience.
Our therapists was Eivan and Nudy highly skilled and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage itself was a perfect blend of gentle stretches, acupressure, and deep tissue work, which left me feeling completely relaxed and tension-free.
What I loved most about the Thai massage was its holistic approach to wellness. It not only addressed the physical tension in my body but also seemed to restore balance to my mind and spirit. The rhythmic movements and focused breathing techniques transported me to a state of deep relaxation, and I felt all my worries melt away.
By the end of the massage, I felt like a new person – my muscles were more flexible, my body felt lighter, and my mind was at peace. I can confidently say that deep tissue massage is not just a treatment; it's a therapeutic journey that promotes overall well-being.
I highly recommend anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, tension or even improved flexibility to give deep tissue massage a try. It's an ancient practice that offers a modern solution to the demands of our hectic lives, and I can't wait to book my...
Read moreI've been coming here for a while and usually have a good experience, but the last few visits haven't been up to the usual standard. My most recent massage was really disappointing. Despite paying for a deep tissue massage, the therapist's pressure was too light, even after I asked for more firmness. She said she'd try, but nothing really changed. On top of that, my 60-minute massage was actually only 54 minutes (I always put on a timer). When I asked if we could focus on some pressure points, the therapist just said we were out of time. The oil they used wasn’t as warm as it usually is, either. The worst part is that I've had back pain ever since the massage. Normally, deep tissue massages are amazing and help ease my discomfort, but this time the pain has been more intense and hasn’t gone away. I didn't have this pain before the massage. When I mentioned all of this to the therapist and the management, they just told me I should have requested a stronger therapist when I book. That was pretty disappointing, especially since the price recently went up from £55 to £60 an hour. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if the service is worth the...
