Absolutely appalling customer service! Came here for a day out with my two children. On arrival was told, absolutely no food to be consumed on the premises that were not purchased here. Fine no problem. Ordered food at 12.30 (orders had to be made by 1pm) 1.45pm I went down to complain after we had been waiting for 1hour 15 mins for the food to arrive. By this point both of my children were hungry so we’re the children in my friends party. I questioned why the food was taking so long, stated the no food policy from outside of the venue. Asked how long we were going to be waiting. I was not rude I did not shout the girl behind the till went off crying. This is due to the fact that more than 5 other family’s had already complained about the wait. I was then met by another girl shouting at me that I was being rude. Yet again I replied I had not been rude I was querying where our food was as our slot was due to finish at 2pm. This girl was abrupt and rude to me, yet I stayed calm. Another girl then came out of the kitchen handing me two plates of food. No sign of the other 3 at this point. I went back upstairs to my children. Who at this point were crying. Not an ounce of care and most importantly a lack of customer service. The reason the food was delayed was because they “ran out of cheese” 3 of the said meal had no cheese on them!! No one came around to change orders or tell us there was a delay! Once all the food came, my children sat and ate their lunch this was now 2.10pm. We ate and then got ready to leave. On arrival back from the toilet I was greeted by an older lady (maybe the manager!?!) who told me I was not welcome back and to make sure I didn’t ever return. (Not that I would of even thought about returning after the days events) didn’t ask me what happened just took the girls word that I was rude and abusive. The lies that your staff are coming out with will ruin your reputation and you will end up closing. Absolutely terrible place to go and a complete lack of understanding considering that you could not provide a service! Such a shame as it was in fact a nice area for children to play! Give your staff some training and don’t let your “teenage” members of staff take on a role if they are not capable of acknowledging complaints or even knowing how to handle them. Lying about customers is beyond low. Also the fact you refused to let my friend leave with the children before confronting me was also appalling they should not have to witness this kind of behaviour from an establishment...

One of the worst soft plays I’ve been to. Absolute chaos in there they had 2 parties going on and not so many staff. struggled to find seating as was ram packed with the public (party attendees were seprate from general public seating wise)

and to mention a toastie and 1/2 a pizza & chips took 1hr 45mins to arrive leaving us with 10 minutes left of the session. We weren’t the only ones but as they were closing down/ cleaning up it was uncomfortable feeling sat there eating food that has just arrived. The young lady who served our food was very apologetic about the wait but a different lady at the counter diddnt seem at all bothered as when asked nicely after 1 hour where our food was we was told “dunno” no apologies or any explaination (just a simple were overwhelmed with orders) would’ve been completely understood.

Not sure what’s going on with the tables aswell- I noticed black marks all over my jeans after crossing my legs over and must of brushed the table whilst doing so - so looked underneath the table and all I can say is it looked like black mould! It was dusty texture and covered all in black (just like mould)

A kind suggestion in future; maybe cap the amount of public coming in when you have parties going on? It really was an overwhelming chaos and not particularly toddler friendly as age range appeared to be all ages.. my toddler was pinned down by an older child and shoved off a platform (kids are kids I know and that’s down to the parents but it’s just chaos and that’s all I can say)

ABSOLUTE FREEZING!!! We went for the first time just over a week ago coming from Wareham so it was a good 30 minutes drive, and it was colder than being outside! We came as 4 adults and 4 children, us adults had to keep our coats on and still shivering to the point we couldn't feel our toes, my 9month old lips were blue and I kept his coat on. My friends 3year old boys usually take their jumpers off at any soft play we go to but they kept them on! Served lattes from the machine and they were cold! Took them back and got a packet of nescafe instead, ordered a sausage sandwich and we thought we was waiting for a roast dinner! Wasn't busy at this point about another two children in! I asked one of the staff if the heaters on the wall were actually heaters as they were just blowing out cold air when we turned them on - to her rely yes they are heaters but unfortunately we keep having issues with them so they do not work! Of course we couldn't stay long so didn't get our money's worth what so ever! Such a shame because it looks great in there and will be lovely in the summer but definitely don't recommend going in the winter unless they sort their heating problems, I did send a email when I got home that same day but haven't had a rely. Hopefully they will sort the heating problems and then it would be so much better for families to come and enjoy...
