PIZZA HOUSE & KEBAB LTD — Local services in Broxtowe

A few months ago, the food was good and fresh. Unfortunately, recently, the food has gone bad. The second to last time I ordered, the kebab meat was reheated and stale, but I washungry and bored to find another restaurant, so I ordered again and was disappointed again. The child's burger was a supermarket bun heated on a grill and a small frozen chicken. It was a regular, dry bun with nothing on it, not even sauce. My 3-year-old daughter, who loves chicken, only bit into a small piece and didn't want it. Unfortunately, it was awful. I also ordered a deal with medium pizza (Double pepperoni & cheese) with a kebab and gralic bread – a disaster!! The medium pizza is child-sized. There was very little pepperoni, but only more cheese. The pizza tasted just like an Asda frozen pizza for £3. The kebab was also dry, lacking any sauces I didn't get. There was a lot of meat for a small portion, but that doesn't make up for how bad it was and only deal cost me £16 !! There were also three small, burn pieces of gralic bred, which tasted worse than the cheapest ones from Asda or Tesco. I'll never order it again. I'm disappointed. It's clear the food is made with the cheapest ingredients to maximize profit. It's disgusting to cheat customers like that !! The worst £50 I ever spent...

I would never eat food from that place, I think what they are doing is disgusting they have an extractor fan on from 2 in the after noon till 11 at night running the noise is horrific my poor friend lives in one of the properties near the takeaway and has to hear the noise coming from it for all those hours does not get any quiet has been suffering with chronic headaches has to wait for the noise to stop before he can go to sleep at night , I have heard for myself even people who have come to the property have said what an horrific noise they should be ashamed of themselves for putting the residents through such awful noise , something should be done about it , so even if their food was good I wouldn't waste my money on that place should...

Ordered some food tonight and took nearly a 1 hour to arrive then they had the cheeck to forget the card machine so had to stand on my doorstep and read out my PRIVATE BANK DETAILS THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND KNOCKED BACK ON NOT EVEN 30SECOND AFTER TRYED SAYING MONEY HASNT BEEN AUTHORISED EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED THEM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND IT STAATED MONEY GOT TAKEN OUT TO THAT PLACE

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THATS SHOCKING AND DISRESPECTFUL and on top the food was freezing...
