Gilmerton Grocers — Local services in City of Edinburgh

Tried to order the evening news last night to get my daughter’s school photo on it. Called to say they sold out so I asked to cancel my order. They said that was ok , they would cancel it.

Friendly guy turned up at the door two hours later holding two copies, which he had driven all round the place searching other shops looking for so that they could get it for me. Totally unexpected, and way over and above customer service. I couldn’t go out looking for one late at night with three small children.

Gilmerton grocers is a wonderful shop. Ram the owner has offered deliveries for me as I’m disabled way before they done deliveries.when it was just him and his wife they were so kind and helpful. it is an Amazing community Shop he literally cares for all his customers. I’ve just ordered my brother-in-law 2 sliced sausage rolls and I had the macaroni and cheese which was delicious. Amazing value.
