Go-Go's Takeaway — Local services in City of Edinburgh

I have been known to be a pain when it comes to food orders as I am definitely fussy about my food. Pizzas/Calzone/Scampi/Bologna pasta+bkd Potato/Pakoras/Home made cake have been ordered by our company during lock-down and by our recommendations as well as neighbours. The quality of this food never fails! Allergies are well taken care of and, even received a phone call because order was not 'suitable' last time due to diet requirements. GoGo's just took care of business and goods...there is a sense of community pillar and hot spot of pride when dealing with the dedicated team. Out of probably up to 50-100 orders placed by our community support team, one was not as expected and corrected immediately with professional perseverance. Delivery team stands out, just like the food for being exceptional and pleasant as an experience to remember. Never thought, it could be this easy to love someone else's cooking before trying the variety filled menu. Better than going on holiday to Turkey, Italy, Romania or Scotland's High...

Started off fine but the last couple of orders have been a Shambles. Just before Christmas we made an order for collection only to find they'd sent it out for delivery when I went to collect. Obviously not a big deal more of an inconvenience. Tonight really took the biscuit though. Amongst our order were 2 pizzas, on of which was squashed and the other pizzas toppings had all slid of the pizza including the cheese. It looked like someone had ate it and threw it back up immediately. When I called to complain the gentleman on the phone said "that's not possible" Eh, yes it is!! I wanted to take both pizzas back but my 9 year old daughter was hungry and resolved to eat the squashed one but the other pizza just wasn't edible. When I took it to the shop and said the pizza was a Shambles the gentleman in the shop got very angry with gritted teeth and blood vessels popping....

Where do I even begin! What an amazing place. We phoned as we were starving after a few too many drinks and they said we could just come along, it was 20 minutes before they closed. I have never been greeted by nicer people! Kelly was so nice, chatted away and listened to my rubbish chat. We ordered chips, ten inch cheese and tomato pizza and mozzarella sticks. Amazing prices and we ate every drop! It was delicious!!! Cannot wait to keep returning. Thank you guys again, made our great night...
