It's hard to not give 2.5 star's as I feel the issues surrounding his orders hav been a little more frustrating mistakes they've made than with my food, but we are there together. So I still experience the extra waiting time. Takeaways are treats so generally I think most people, since it's not an everyday event would have it delivered. I'm not sure I'd recommend that with "the Sultan" as there's always something missing or they've not understood or done as asked. The order can take a long time to come and arrive cold. Just walk and collect it. Although, going in doesn't ensure this doesn't happen, you can keep an eye on what they are doing with your order so u can keep an eye on what they're doing as it apears they don't have a clue or pat any attention. The communication between staff seems very poor. Nobody talks to one another and it's always busy when I've been in but all the more reason to communicate as I doubt so many mistakes would b made pig communication was effective or better yet in existence. The times we've went in to collect our order, although not many times, each experience has been similar in-store. Poor communication, long wait and poor staff morale. The wait being so long I felt one evening I could pick up on an atmosphere between staff it was very uncomfortable. The good parts.... the food is delicious and cooked well. It is worth the wait as the longer wait the hungrier and the better it tasted. We've not been back for some time but when there's a mistake, EVERY time with your order and you tell them they ignore you. Read moreOnce, I phoned up for a home delivery, I was told as soon as they answered "hold on please" which I understand while busy you may have to wait a minute or two, but five minutes later, I hung up without placing an order. I called them back, when they answered, I was told the same as last time, to wait. I told the person I wasn't happy, being the second time calling to place an order and still being told to hold on again. At this point the person on the other end of the phone hung up. I was then told if i could wait 30 minutes i could get my order of fish and chips. I refused and left. Outside i got the website on my phone and went back inside to show them, i was then told they WERE open but the fish wasn't ready could i wait 15 minutes. I refused and left.
