I recently had a terrible experience at Chicken Plus Peri Peri that I feel compelled to share. After eating there, I ended up with food poisoning and have been in the hospital ever since. I've been non-stop throwing up, and on top of that, I've had a really bad headache and a high temperature. Food aint bad but placing the order is a traumatic experience because the staff can't understand anything youre saying. Even though they stand around not really doing a lot to keep warm it amazes me that in the middle of winter it's apparently necessary to keep the air con running creating an ice bar experience with added chicken. Chicken Plus Peri Peri really impressed me. The food was hot, tasty and the portions were huge. For £10 I got what was basically a full chicken and a portion of fries that felt more like extra large.
