Domino's Pizza - Coventry - Henley Road — Local services in Coventry

We Ordered a family deal on the 27th of January 2018, and asked for a large BBQ pizza and a large margarita pizza. The first order arrived with two margarita pizzas. We called back to re-order a BBQ pizza and again the order arrived with a cheese and tomato pizza with just a BBQ base. I phoned up for a 3rd time to ask what the struggle was, to be told that we had ordered those pizzas and there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak to the man who took my order, and he denied we had asked for the BBQ pizza and just wanted the base as BBQ. I tried to explain that he was mistaken and we were still waiting for food we had ordered over an hour and a half ago, to which he said “record my voice next time then” and hung up. I called back for a fourth time again to be told it was on their system and they couldn’t change it.

I was greeted with such poor service from this dominos, rude and incompetent staff who cannot get the correct pizza not once but twice. I cannot fault the other dominos in the city as we have always had good service and have got the order correct the FIRST time. This dominos clearly have not trained their staff to a tolerant standard and need to be updated on how to manage orders that are given on the phone. First order with this new store was missing several items. Full ordered was replaced 20 minutes later after we received a concerned call from the store because they knew there was a mistake but didn't admit this until I called after receiving the order. Once I contacted them they had a complete replacement order delivered in 10 minutes, very impressed although had no need for the additional food with there being only 2 of us. 2nd order with this business meant after a 45 minute wait (appreciate this is normal and fully willing to wait this time) with the site being around the corner we were missing 2 large dips and wedges again the shop didn't sound surprised and sent out replacements very quickly. 3rd order with this business waiting as I speak and 55 minutes in with them being around the corner. Called the shop, told 5-10 minutes. This time has elapsed and still no pizza. This is the worst Domino's Pizza customer service I have ever experienced. I really hope they can sort this out. i am incredibly disappointed with their attitude concerning allergens, i rang up to confirm if one of their new deserts contain nuts or not as the ingredients are not displayed online, a guy called BAMBO answered the phone and then once i said the reason for calling he ended it. i rang again thinking he may of done this by accident but he was being rude and said ‘i don’t know if you want to order then do it but if you need ingredients look online’ he then proceeded to end the call twice even though i explained there not displayed online and then i rang again and he picked up again he was extremely rude completely disregarding my problem and staff should be trained for this basic knowledge that should be displayed clearly in their kitchen or in an...
