UK Saunas — Local services in Doncaster

UK 🇬🇧 Saunas supplied me with my Sauna just over 3years ago after a move from Northumberland to re-locate and live permanently in Perhshire - 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland I was replacing my old one of some 45+years, always had and experienced Sauna’s since my cross country skiing days adventures in Norway.

I have to say that Brian and his team not only produce great Sauna’s with many optional sizes, shapes with variations, but will work with you to ensure your every desire is met.

Though a little wary initially of the cost of product and delivery / installation and Sauna product guarantees, the very reasonable cost V the impressive Value for money was unbelievable and once, so very easily installed, proved to be a Real Best Buy for me and my family. Now in semi-retirement it’s part of my daily routine.

After the many thousands of Sauna sessions I’ve enjoyed, over so many years, relaxing and benefitting health wise, now that I’m in such a great aesthetically pleasing Sauna environment ~ over looking our Garden from our 5mtr x 5Mtr Log-Cabin / Therapy / Hobby / Family research Space, life’s extra special in retirement.

With the comfort of extended guarantee I had to call on 1st time in 3yrs, Brian was quick to respond and posted an electrical part within 24hrs to resolve a minor blip.

We’d have no problem in highly recommending his Saunas and his expertise and passion to keep a happy customer completety satisfied.

Cannot agree with all the other positive reviews here enough.

We have a custom size and build sauna to accommodate getting the pieces up to the room it was going to eventually sit in. Brian and the team made all the efforts to create a solution that would fit through the doors and stairwells and still manage to be be an easy to build + epic looking piece of kit.

We went for the traditional sauna which arrived on a pallet which was really well packed. The pieces are well made and fit perfectly to create a lovely looking sauna at the end of the day. As said was incredibly easy to slot together such that anyone with rudimentary DIY skills will be able to do it. Electrics all come with tags on each wire to make it really simple to know where each wire goes.

Only thing for me which wasn't clear until I got the sauna was that there are gaps in the floor (by design) which when you're pouring water over the stones on the stove will drip out the bottom of the sauna so keep this in mind when considering where to place it if you're purchasing an indoor sauna. This by no means detracts from the build quality, the design, the experience of it all or the overall experience dealing with UK - saunas - they thoroughly deserve the 5 star rating for the end to end experience including after sales / diy advice from Brian in particular.

Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered and paid for a sauna to be delivered at approximately 20 weeks. As I heard nothing from the company I called them and they advised it will be 5 weeks delayed, no apology, no accountability. I then called again after the 25 weeks waiting, to be informed it’s now ‘looking like the end of December’, I asked why no one has informed me of the serious delay to a product I have paid nearly £2700 for, he explained they don’t have the staff to call all 300 customers that have delayed saunas, I suggested sending customers even an email update which was met with extreme negativity. Because I wasn’t happy with the service, and couldn’t agree with a clear poor business model he has , he then said he was cancelling my order because I am unhappy with the service. I did not request the order to be cancelled and clearly explained I wanted the product, unfortunately because the gentleman could not take constructive criticism, or take accountability for a terrible service, my order has been cancelled without my agreement. Perhaps this was a tactic to try and free themselves from an order they agreed to, confirmed and can not fulfill. Will be pursuing the matter with the relevant...
