Beautiful undulating wooded reserve with mature trees, springs and streams, boardwalk paths over marshy areas, flock black sheep! Ideal for kids and dogs, small car park but usually space. Next to foodie Pub, Newbourne Fox.

Very nice walk in the nature, along side river. Perfect to recharge your inner self. Have been last year and again now and would go again for sure. Not many people on the way and only few cars in the car park.

This nature reserve provides a reasonable walk, some of it on duck boards. It was quite wet for our walk, but lots of lovely autumn colours to enjoy.

Actually saw a glow-worm on Friday night. Only a short walk all the way round. Gorgeous arboreal paradise. Saw a stag beetle 10meters from the car park. Lots of places for kids to paddle and splash in the sandy stream. Please respect the natural environment and enjoy this tranquil place of wonder (and...

Tried to take a walk here in late January and it was the wrong time of year as the area was too waterlogged for us to reach the stream. The area's still worth a visit. There are other nearby walks and superb food at The Fox. Will try the walk beside the stream later in the...

Lovely small wooded nature reserve with wood walkways over the rather boggy areas where water comes out of the springs. Look carefully and you can see the water bubbling up to form the Newbourne river. Areas where kids can play in the...
