Placed an order on the Blush Boutique Essex website which was very easy to do. Payment process was equally just as easy. Item arrived in a matter of days. A beautiful embroidered denim shirt which for me sadly is too big but the quality of the material is outstanding. I am really sorry that it is having to go back. Absolutely adore this boutique, stumbled in them by accident and I am so very pleased I did. The items they advertise arrive exactly as described and are packaged well. The wonderful choice of styles and colours to suit everybody is evident and I am very lucky to have purchased quite a few to date. If an item is no longer available, you can email them and when it becomes available again, they let you know. Their returns and customer service care is perfect which means a great deal to me as a customer given that we are unable to shop the way we are used to just now. I ordered 2 x pairs of trousers from here. Both arrived on time but unfortunately the style didn't suit me. I returned them special next-day delivery and they were signed for. However no refund! I messaged Blush who stated they didn't get them and I'd have to claim through Royal Mail and they made it clear they would not help further adding an x on the end of the message to make it all better!

Royal Mail would not refund as they had proof of delivery. So I'm around £50 down if you include the return postage.

Shame as I've bought from here before and would have again, but now will never...
